Sweet September

Things that made today sweet:

-some good finds at the library
-some awesome deals at Good*will: bike $8; boots $3; kids on bike and in boots-priceless
-finding three of these that call our garden home
-fresh air on a pretty day
-ending the day, thanks to a Star Wars cookbook found at the library, with yummy "Darth Malts."

This looks like a fun day. I love the bike/boot combination. You really did get some great deals.

Is that spider an argiope arantia? I think we had something similar on our back porch a summers ago. We were all fascinated.

Paul O Zelinsky (the author and illustrator of your Rumplistilskin book is my FAVORITE childrens artist. His version of Rapunzel is my favorite picture book of all time.

we like his books, too. Rapunzel was one of M's Christmas presents last year.
